Made to order
Ship's Store apparel is made to order. Each piece is produced and embroidered for you individually once your order is placed. Because nothing is held in stock, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We know that asks a little care up front, so every item with sizes includes a size guide on its product page. Please check it before ordering, and feel free to write to us if you are between sizes.
Defects, damage, and errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with a flawed print or embroidery, or is simply the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. The same applies to a package that is lost in transit.
